Was working fine for months but now for the last two days, the app hasn't been keeping me clocked in when it should. I login, clock in, the app says check in success, and then when I go to clock out, it says I haven't been checked in at all. Please fix this. Edit: changed from 2 stars to 1, this issue hasn't been resolved and it keeps happening.

Terrible and amateurish. Very clunky. I don't know who built this app, but they need to take some more classes. Too hard to reset passwords causing inability to clock out. Then you have to call provider for help to reset it. Not enough autonomy. Can't auto fill. Can't screenshot. Can't keep track of hours. I've been told I didn't clock in when I know I did. I'd rather write everything down. Zero stars.

Terrible app. It worked fine for the first billing period, but now it's giving me problems. For 4 full days it wasn't syncing my data, even though I was connected to both mobile data and wifi. Then all of the data disappeared upon logging out. It also expired the session just as we were doing client attestation, and guess what? That data was gone to when I logged back in. It had to be edited manually. This is ridiculous. As caregivers, we don't even make that much money and now we have to worry about potentially lost wages because we were forced to switch to an app that is glitchy and not even recording the data necessary for us to get paid. How is that fair?
