Terrible and amateurish. Very clunky. I don't know who built this app, but they need to take some more classes. Too hard to reset passwords causing inability to clock out. Then you have to call provider for help to reset it. Not enough autonomy. Can't auto fill. Can't screenshot. Can't keep track of hours. I've been told I didn't clock in when I know I did. I'd rather write everything down. Zero stars.

Using the app is SO much more efficient than clocking in and out by landline was. The only complaint I have is that I wish we could see a clock in or clock out when we have an open-ended work session. In other words, if we forgot to clock in but we remembered to clock out, or vice versa, I wish we could see the missing time, so we could make a correction without calling the payroll agent.

This app doesn't maintain the collected data in a way that can be viewed more than just one day at a time. Once the service week is over there is no way to go back to check how many hours were worked or how many hours the client has left for the month. I can clock in and out, but I have to keep track of everything manually so I know how many hours my client has left. Sometimes my clock-in is missing when I go to clock out. Please, fix these issues!
