Update as of 12/29/24. Still having sync errors since 2019. This time, a sync error on the app probably cost me my job. Didn't sync a clock out today until 4 blocks from clients house. App froze and appeared to have worked but when I double-checked myself a few blocks later when I pulled over to check it hadn't. Restarted the app and it decided it was going to sync my clock out somewhere. Nowhere near the client's house. Thanks for never fixing the sync errors.

Constantly having issues when I click in and out it will show completed but when I go back in to take a picture with another phone since the screenshot feature is blocked by the administrator the times for clock in and out is gone. They need to find a better or more effective way for workers to log their time. As of today 6/11/26 I am still having issues with clock in/outs showing completed and when going back in time stamped is no longer showing.

Terrible app. It worked fine for the first billing period, but now it's giving me problems. For 4 full days it wasn't syncing my data, even though I was connected to both mobile data and wifi. Then all of the data disappeared upon logging out. It also expired the session just as we were doing client attestation, and guess what? That data was gone to when I logged back in. It had to be edited manually. This is ridiculous. As caregivers, we don't even make that much money and now we have to worry about potentially lost wages because we were forced to switch to an app that is glitchy and not even recording the data necessary for us to get paid. How is that fair?
