The app has a lot of promises, the insights feature for spending is great too see and if they add real time notifications for spending that was add to this. However, some more basic things are needing attention. Example is you can't see pending balance till you go into the account, basic but makes things easier at a glance. A rather annoying thing I've noticed is payments are dated from when they were processed and not the day I actually spent the money which can be very confusing when reviewing

Generally good but paying in cheques almost impossible. Photographs the front fine but issues with photographing the back of the cheque. Let's the app down. Updated app. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Called customer service. Still can't pay in a cheque. July. 3 months later. Still struggling to pay in cheques. I've even tried ironing them! Same issue with the back of the cheque. Updated September 2022 Still the same. Tried again. It worked! Seems like the cheque has to be pristine with no folds 🙄

Its not even worth the one star. There is no consistency with nomenclature across the various platforms, so there are all sorts of numbers with similar names: security code and security ID, online support ID, online access ID, username, telephone password, memorable things with no indication if these are app specific or generic. And the process to log in to a PC and authenticate via the app is painful. I had to restore my phone to factory settings, which effectively locked me out of my account.

Hi Catrin, sorry to hear about this. When logging in to our App, you can use your Digital Secure Key password, or fingerprint/face ID. This can also be used to generate a logon security code when logging on to another device. If you still need assistance with unlocking this after resetting your phone, please call us on 03 456 100 100. -Stuart
