Logs me off repeatedly. When I open the app and see a message about a technical problem, I know that's what has happened. A nightmare if you need to show your ticket on a moving train with limited internet connection. Repeated other errors like "no payment methods available to you" (what?) And other technical problems. This app can't be trusted. GWR should contact SNCB in Belgium for help on how to develop a decent ticket and train times app. I've gone back to using paper tickets now.

I thought it would be difficult to make this app worse, but they've done it. Along with the issue that it frequently, more than daily, logs out without warning you that it has done so, and that you can't use saved passwords and user ids to get back in. Now it no longer links to Google Wallet correctly. If I try to add a ticket to the wallet, it adds 12 copies of an expired pass. No amount of deleting and reinstalling, or even getting a new phone, solves this.
