This app used to work fairly well but now it won't even load. Reinstalled it still doesn't work. Ever since First Tech merged with Addison Ave. They've gotten worse. You would think an organization with the word "technology" in it they'd be able to handle online banking. I'm changing banks.
This app was wonderful, however, as of today, it will not let me log on with my fingerprint anymore! It will only make me use my password. I am extremely upset about this since I feel that using my fingerprint is the most secure option for logging in! Anyone can hack into an account with passwords, no matter how intricate of a password you choose. But NO ONE has my fingerprint! Please fix and update this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!
I have had the worst experience with this CU that I have ever had in my existence. I understand that security has to be up..but when someone is trying to simply give a payment or money it should be easier. And date of birth input to reset your password needs to be changed
It's a good app for tracking, but not the most in depth. Which is better on their website over the app. The picture app for depositing checks works just about always. On very rare occasion it gets a little wonky. Overall it's a really good app and I think the negative reviews are people looking for a full mobile banking website. Which honestly I am glad it is not with how easily it can be too steal a phone and all. If you want full banking, use your computer. Otherwise it is a great tracking and mobile depositing app.
The app works well when it works. The Zelle integration is flawed as it seems to think I am already registered. I have to add the quick login 2-3 times a week now and each time have to give my device a new name. This is getting beyond ridiculous now.
I've used this app for a long time and the past 4 to 6 months have been having issues with it. It's weird... It keeps saying that I don't have quick access set up yet and keeps making me redo it. Then it will say it doesn't recognize this device so I keep having to rename it because it says "that device already exists". It's been doing that on my computer too. I hope this glitch will get taken care of soon so I can go back to using the app!
