Zelle within the app is good to use EXCEPT for one thing... the "Review" button covers the "zero" button so you can't put in any zeroes in the amount. Please fix this! Ideas that I have: -Put the "Review" button in another location. -Header is really large - maybe even condense the size so all numbers can be used. -Or use a different number keypad. (Using Galaxy 25+ ultra)

After 10 years of flawless banking with them, one in-branch “promotional account upgrade” destroyed my trust and my credit score. During the switch, the representative failed to carry over the automatic payment settings on my credit card. I discovered the error only when a past-due balance and a derogatory mark hit my credit report. And their app is terrible, with no clear way to even fix the autopay or set one up again. Just a bad bank and a bad app.

I enjoyed my trips to the bank in my area. But now that most of my transactions are done on-line, the app is more expedient. And the First Tech app is everything I need. I love being able to get my balances at a glance, without having to log in. And logging in with my fingerprint - no more passwords to remember. Transferring money between accounts is easy. As are all other options. The only thing I can't do on the app is get rolls of quarters! So, thank you, First Tech. Good job!
