Disappointed. I am signed up for PM notifications and am only getting AM and support can't help me and now isn't even responding. They were trying to replicate my issue and were going to get back to me, but apparently since they can't figure out what is going on, I'm just not getting a response. And yes, I have cleared my cache, sign out, deleted, restarted. reinstalled etc and still no resolution.

The bus tracking aspect of the app is reliable. Distance based notifications are not reliable. The app allows distance based notifications and the ability to notify email addresses. However I've setup, deleted and re-setup larger distance based notifications to no avail. The notifications will fire for a day or two and then completely stop working. This is unfortunate because I implemented home automation to provide audible announcements in the house. Please fix this critical part of the app.

This is a great app upgrade from the previous version. I love the more accurate tracking for the bus! But, the push notifications are way too early for my child's stop time. Another thing I have noticed in the last couple days (since the most recent update) is that the notifications of the bus getting to a stop, I will get the notification at 4:43pm that the bus got to the stop at 2:23AM. So, something is wrong with the time stamp thing or something. Otherwise, great improvements!
