The app doesn't even work. I put in my card number to make an account, but it says that the information is incorrect. Even if i scan my card using the in-app camera, it still tells me that the information is incorrect. There's also no way to contact support, so there's nothing i can do. I dont understand why American Eagle would switch from SecurLock to this.

I was very hesitant to download this app considering its low review rate + security. To my surprise this app has become a game-changer. Its easy to use; the front-end layout + usability is clean + concise; theres no room for guessing how to use it or where the options to freeze or manage your card/s. Not sure what this app was like in past yrs, but they've stepped up their security to include an option to use the 2-step verification process. That was S-M-R-T! Know whatta mean Vern? lol

I don't know why People First FCU switch to this app because it is trash. If you read the reviews one after another after another says how bad it is but yet nothing gets fixed. I used my banking credentials to login when I installed it, but I will not change my keyboard to have an app run and be functional. I get zero notifications through my phone. If there's unauthorized use how would anyone know? The previous app that we had been using was perfectly fine.
