I normally use this app to keep my credit card frozen and only unlocked for the few moments it is in use. Unfortunately the latest update will not finish the login process. It hangs after entering the pin number. So now I am not able to use any of my credit cards. In the future, even if this critical issue does get fixed, I am hesitant to use it.

7/27/26 got locked out, can't reset password, UNINSTALLED, reinstalled and then again. called for help, got none. I'm NOT happy!!!!! 6/25/25 veeerrrrry sloooooow been waiting for longer than five minutes still didn't open... please fix

4/1/26: app logged me out after update & now I can't log in. Not receiving requested OTP—I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, checked SMS/permissions, checked spam, made sure my service carrier isn't blocking messages from the app, & tried uninstalling & reinstalling—still no OTP. And my financial institution explicitly says they do not have the ability to request a "reset the registration attempt" or "re-enable access" in their system. Basically, there's no customer service for this app.
