At first, this app worked flawlessly. Had features that I hadn't thought of. The turn-off feature will definitely give a person peace of mind. But I stopped getting notices & alerts. Forgot password, made new one. Then it said neither (or one) wasn't right. So, called my bank, they reset the app. Uninstalled & re-installed the app 3 times. Discovered the next day that there is an update. Downloaded it & now everything is fine. But it still won't take my credit card issued by the same bank 😁

Does exactly what it's supposed to - allows immediate access to lock and unlock use of the card and sends instant notifications of pending or attempted transactions. I love it. Only two downsides to be aware of - do not for the love of God forget your password! Also, if you don't have a good connection to the internet when you try to access you will be unable to view details about notifications or lock/unlock the card. This means think ahead if you're heading into a building with no reception!

Loved the original app because they allowed you to get into the app with a four digit code vice a complete password. They've changed the app to only except a lengthy password. Other than that, I truly love the app because it keeps my credit and debit cards safe. Had a several times the program did not work. Anytime the app says it' looking for the server, means the app has stopped working and you must uninstall the app and reinstall the program otherwise it will not work.

Thank you so much for your positive and most importantly honest review! We still offer a passcode option for users that have mobile devices which do not offer biometrics login (Touch or Face ID). You may have seen a change for that reason/if you changed devices! And please feel free to contact your bank or CU if you're unable to connect. Thanks!
