As a senior QA Analyst this app is pretty pathetic and the customer support is even worse. Customer Service hold times are atrocious. Was there any testing done at all or was this just thrown together in an hour?

Horrible the whole system is backwards. They need to look how other companies run their business and get ideas. I get locked out all the time. Im about to do a balance transfer and say goodbye to these folk

I am constantly locked out and have had to call customer service multiple times but it continues to happen.
