I've been with South Shore Bank for years. But I am so disappointed in the way the app and the new website work. There's no help screen, mobile deposits no longer work, and I no longer receive notifications when a new statement is ready. I'm considering switching banks.

I am ready to change bank if they don't fix the app. Also customer service reps. should stop treating customers as idiots who don't know what they are doing. Had to go to the branch to show them that I was right about what was happening. after 20 years of banking online, this is the most I've been frustrated. The gentleman at the branch was very nice and professional but couldn't explain the failure of the app.

love South shore Bank been with them for years, this new app however is not as easy to use as the old version and it's not as pleasant to use/ hard to read compared to the other one. it also locked me out of my account multiple times with using the correct login information. im honestly considering switching banks because of this app blocking me from my money.
