I've been with South Shore Bank for years. But I am so disappointed in the way the app and the new website work. There's no help screen, mobile deposits no longer work, and I no longer receive notifications when a new statement is ready. I'm considering switching banks.

Excellent Bank I'm glad I went to that branch, The employee's are kind and polite, The manager Marina, She was excellent, she helped me set up a checking and savings account gave me a new credit card 💳 and helped me pay my truck off on line, and some bills . I highly recommend South Shore Bank on Belmont St West side Brockton, on Easton line, and they have snacks and drinks while ur there, If u want to open up a new account , South Shore Bank is the one for you.

I am ready to change bank if they don't fix the app. Also customer service reps. should stop treating customers as idiots who don't know what they are doing. Had to go to the branch to show them that I was right about what was happening. after 20 years of banking online, this is the most I've been frustrated. The gentleman at the branch was very nice and professional but couldn't explain the failure of the app.
