I've had a premium account off and on for a few years. I use it for the forecast feature that is supposed to lay out the best times, areas and baits by species. In the past, I've gotten tired of this feature saying the same thing for months at a time or saying no info is available. I went ahead and bought a 1 year membership today and hoped it was better. I went straight to the forecaster and every single species says there is no information available. It's completely useless and I wasted $50.

This app was great for quite a while. Over the last few years it's become one of those promise you the world then take your money and run scams. I was a long time customer and my premium access auto-renewed in April (which was expected) and by mid May access was gone. I tried all of the recommended suggestions to no avail. Reached out multiple times to customer service but they never responded. Save your money.

its okay......hotspots don't always show up. Actually they have only showed up once. Tried downloading maps for offline use and it fails 67% into download. Not what i was expecting when I pay for something. Hopefully customer service will reach out to me so I can get things working the way they should. Update:::Works great now after customer service reached out to me and we fifured out what was happening. If you are having problems with the app, leave a review and they will reach out to you.
