I have an older e127 and this app does indeed connect with LH-II. The down side is they have removed the pull out control pad option from the tablet version and removed the control pad option from the phone version such that I can no longer use that for manipulating the plotter. Between my older plotter's rather poor touch interface and the lag induced by wireless connection, the pull out control pad with its virtual buttons for common features was how I interacted with my plotter.

Completely disappointed with this app. I connected to my brand new Element chart plotter which I have updated to the lastest software version. Wi-Fi connects with "No Internet" warning. Plotter says it remains connected to my Internet Wi-Fi. App says I am not connected to my boat even though I am connected to its Wi-Fi. So no app features are available. Raymarine has great hardware, but their app and LH charts are very poor quality. My LifePo4 battery has much better software and Bluetooth too.
