WHAT YOU CAN DO

Training
Follow your personalised workout programme with clear instructions, sets, reps and exercise demo videos so you always know exactly what to do. Log each session and watch your strength and consistency build over time.

Nutrition
Follow the nutrition plan your coach sets, log your meals, and hit your daily calorie and macro targets. Snap a photo of any meal and get an instant AI estimate of its calories and macros, making tracking faster and easier than ever.

Check-ins and progress
Complete regular check-ins with body stats and progress photos. Your coach reviews them and adjusts your plan so you keep moving toward your goal.

Wearables and health
Connect a wearable to sync your health data: steps, sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, active calories and weight. Your coach uses this to understand your recovery and tailor your training and nutrition around how your body is actually responding.
