This app is easy to use and provides a terrific workout with plenty of variation. There's no equipment needed, so I can use it very easily when traveling. The short videos introducing each exercise are very helpful and easy to follow, even for someone who (*cough*) lacks coordination and grace. Lastly, I'd give a huge "thank you" to the developer for not putting cheesy music with it!

"Describe your experience". Okay: SWEATY I was looking for an app that would simply have a way for me to get a variety of different types of HIIT workouts, without having to plan them myself (yet... with the option to moves things around/switch things up as desired). THIS ONE NAILS IT. It is not a workout VIDEO, just prompts you with what action to take, which move is coming up next, when to rest, and keeps track of the time. Loving it! Thanks!

Great app for cardio fitness when I can't run. The characteristics I like best about this app are: 1) there are a great variety of exercises and each are demonstrated by video; 2) the difficulty is adjusted based on feedback that I provide; 3) exercises that I dislike can be skipped. I have not found anything that I dislike about this app.
