Great workouts and on a tight time limit too. I don't have much time to work out ( maybe 10-15 ) and with just 2 weeks of using the kettlebell, I can definitely tell a difference. Other people can as well. Definitely one of the best pieces of workout equipment I have bought. The workouts range from easy to hard and you can set your own time limit.

I have a slew of workout apps, both for home and at the gym. Kettlebell workouts are underrated and this app is pristine. Especially doing a full body randomized workout. 30 minutes and I'm good! Also, being able to choose my own length of time is a plus; I can get it in whether I have 15 minutes of 45 minutes. 5/5.

Incredible app! I use it daily and I've seen a lot of progress. Overall a very useful tool. One thing I have noticed that might need tweaking is that the app skips kettebell snatches which is a pretty foundational exercise. They are included in the exercise list but do not show up on the exercise. Idk if that can be included in the algorithm but that would be useful. Also, high pulls would be a great exercise to include. Thanks for your hard work! Great app.
