Great exercises. I started using this suite of apps just a couple weeks ago, so I have yet to SEE results. I do, however, FEEL the results! I really appreciate the difficulty rating at the end of a session. Instead of guessing what level I should be attempting, I try a routine, rate it at the end, and enjoy a more tailored session next time. That is great! I would give it 5 stars, but the app does not connect to Fit regularly. Usually, only the first session in a day is recorded.

Great app especially for gaining muscle and strength. I highly recommend this to anyone that's into no equipment exercises. Has some videos that shows you the exercise technique and the one thing i like about it most is that it has 10 second break between each workout, and that really allows the muscle to burn and swell for maximum results.

I think that this and other apps in the range really do provide an easy way to have a regular pre-determined work out set out for you to do. It removes the anxiety and stress of having to do it yourself. Videos and explanations of the exercises would be a great addition.
