I didn't believe that an online booking system could be so terrible. especially for a studio that is so dependent on online scheduling. But joyas app and scheduling system continually logs me out, denies access to my passes and forces me to create a new profile. it's managed by mind-body? sometimes? but it's also managed by joya? sometimes? incredibly frustrating, makes me want to look for another studio.

I used to like this app, despite frequent yet not insurmountable glitches, but it just hasn't been able to load AT ALL for about 2 months. I emailed the team about to let them know and 1 month later no contact and no fix. If you are reading this and are having similar problems I recommend downloading the mindbodyonline app directly. Joya contracts with them for sign-ups and their app, though not studio specific and therefore requiring more clicks, is much more robust and WILL actually work.

i use a Google pixel device and strangely after installing the joya yoga app, my Google device stopped charging the mobile and displayed 0% consistently, even while the phone was on charge. The only app i installed before this issue started was this app. and as soon as i deleted, my phone started charging instantly.. i saved a lot of money, by not taking it to the service centre.
