Really useful but..... It's a really useful app but you have to buy a lot of things to get the full effect of the app rather than just recording your eating and weight. Overall good though. Helps me out a lot :). Love the barcode scanner and the way it gives you a timeline of when you'll reach your goal by how you eat and how active you are.
Easy to use with, surprisingly, extensive food database. SImple concept help me lose 20 pounds in s.5 months. Down to 165. By logging your food and exercise you can visualize your diet, motivating you to change it. You can continue to eat what ever you want, you just learn to control your portions and parings. Rather than fad diets and cutting out something, this is sustainable. It actually changes your habits. I don't over eat anymore and become comfortably full much sooner than I used to. After reaching my goal it will be easy to maintain it for years to come.
Liking it! This app. has changed some but it's still easy to enter information. I've tried other apps that require five, ten or more minutes to enter info. Lose It takes me less than a minute, which is great because I really don't like logging. When entering info is quick and easy, I got no excuse not to log. I would like a summary chart that gives gram amounts just like the percentage chart. Great app.
Questionable pricing practices. Not quite as user friendly as other aps Updated review. The bad: watch the pricing on the promotional emails, as links do not work. Had to go to support to get actual discount. Also, nutrition features are lacking, compared to Noom. The good : great insights tool on we client. Microsoft band integration. Challenges features are smart inclusion.
Easy The only issue I have is I try to log in my reps on the excersise in squats and lounges etc.. and it doesn't work .
Lost 20 pounds and am on track to keep it off. I was looking at liver failure in the near future if i didn't make drastic changes and this truely did help, with guidance from a doctor. For my situation the premium version made sense and helped allot. It all comes down to self motivation but if you are serious about losing weight or just getting healthier, this can help allot.
