Editing for clarity since the developers are trying to shift focus. I gave the app a try for a promise of a free beer. No mention of required residency in their materials or by the individual handing flyers out (ironic given the claims of the app to save trees). THE ISSUE is that deactivating your account through the app DOES NOT WORK. It took over 2 weeks for support to deal with my ticket to deactivate my account. As a consumer, there is no real way to use this, and their support is abysmal.

There appears to be some type of system issue when trying to deactivate. Tried several times, after clicking submit to confirm deactivation, nothing happens. Support ticket created 5 days ago, no respond.

Its an absolutely amazing experience with Zipinmail. I am able to organize all my mails in one place and I dont have to worry about misplacing any of my mails. Thanks team for a good one.
