We had just arrived in Miami to visit my very sick 94 yr old father. We passed a dog park and went back to let him play after 24 hrs riding in the car. Only less than 10 minutes went by and our window was smashed in our car and all our electronic s where stolen. Amica had the window fixed in 5 hours. A week later we are back home and getting our cell phones and other electronic s replaced.. Amica helped make this as easy as possible. Thank you
I created a claim for an accident. The claim was processed, however they did not receive any of the pictures or the voice recording that I uploaded.
Amica is a great insurance company, but their app is certainly not up to their standards. You'd think an insurance app would be able to perform such a basic task as displaying proof of insurance/ID cards. I am running plain Android 6.0.1 on a Nexus 5 phone, not exactly some custom ROM on an obscure device. The ID card does not display. I tried to download it, it says it downloaded to the Gallery, It didn't show up in the "gallery" app, however using a 3rd party file explorer I found it in a folder called "pictures." It should either go into the downloads folder, allow you to choose the download location, open a "share with" dialogue, or at least tell you where it is actually saving it.

This app needs a little tweaking I'm pleased with the update they pushed out allowing users to view a electronic copy of their insurance card, well done but it does lag when trying to pull it up. Secondly I can't view information regarding my account balance since I'm enrolled in the auto pay and there is no option for me to pay earlier or pay the balance off.
CANNOT LOGIN USING MOBILE!!! Like MANY others already have stated, I, too am unable to LOG IN to the mobile app using the SAME EXACT Username & Password info that works JUST FINE on the desktop site?! Come on, Amica....You guys are a WONDERFUL insurance company other than this! My POOR rating is only reflective of the mobile app, for this reason alone! Fix this issue, and I will re-rate higher! Until then, however, ONE STAR it is! :(
