This app needs a little tweaking I'm pleased with the update they pushed out allowing users to view a electronic copy of their insurance card, well done but it does lag when trying to pull it up. Secondly I can't view information regarding my account balance since I'm enrolled in the auto pay and there is no option for me to pay earlier or pay the balance off.
CANNOT LOGIN USING MOBILE!!! Like MANY others already have stated, I, too am unable to LOG IN to the mobile app using the SAME EXACT Username & Password info that works JUST FINE on the desktop site?! Come on, Amica....You guys are a WONDERFUL insurance company other than this! My POOR rating is only reflective of the mobile app, for this reason alone! Fix this issue, and I will re-rate higher! Until then, however, ONE STAR it is! :(
No Ids Can't view ids on app. Needs to be fixed.
Barbara Works great, signed in, was given option to create 4 digit pin, logged out and used pin, no problem with app. Able to view policies, etc..
Keeps crashing on me. Work before but not now
Randomly crashes. Frequently does not connect to server. Does not download images of insurance cards for me (all I get is a blank screen).
