Really glad to see another escooter company in chch again, and glad to see an NZ company in the fray. My experience with the app has been great. However, I'm not a huge fan of the scooters so far. They're very lightweight, which makes them feel a lot less sturdy than the competition. The handle bars are also an odd shape, which makes them feel a lot less stable and a bit difficult to control. The board is also so small? I have small feet and yet struggled to fit comfortably on the scooter.

Back in christchurch! Nostalgia man. I remember when I emailed support about the handle bar rubber blocking the accelerator button. Then after working for a few e-scooter companies I realised I can just shuffle the rubber grip to fix this very small problem 😅

worst customer service. can't login to my account. edit: your app created 2 accounts on my same number, so I had to delete 2nd account, and now I am not able to log in with my first account! I already called the customer service, emailed and they just told me the basic things that I already know and can do it myself! so after that they stopped responding.
