I am dissapointed in this App. I have reported the login issue with error message 'your account is linked to a different device' multiple times and is still unresolved as I am unable to log in in the mobile app 😡

I used this app to cash out my social grant, after approving the transaction it showed that the transaction was successful but funds never reflected. their customer service is terrible. even now my money is still missing

improve by adding other functionality like viewing reports such as first call recharges and activation in real time to ensure transparency. It would be good, right, and we can not see performance based reports. so we are working in the dark. we should also be able to log into multiple accounts using one device, not one account, to one device that is what An Dk was hinting at, and your flash tech team did not understand him so reffering him to call center unfortunately does not resolve it.
