Hello, it's good that I can also give my customers their R370 srd grants but I think it is not good that the print option is no more, this thing of writing or sending airtime or electricity is a waste of time for me, please bring back the print option as the old app had it.

I was told to wait for the new update but to no avail, I still can't log in. Seems I can kiss my flash balance goodbye. Not good I'd give it a zero rating of there was one. The app was very useful till I recently requested to delink my old cellphone and link my new cellphone. Called the flash center more than 7 times in 4 days with no help. Whenever I try to log in on my new cellphone app it says "Missing device information". I'm losing a lot of customers due to this.

Well, at first, it was well functioning until I updated it last month, and now it is giving me a problem it doesn't take me through the app it just says !!error!! "Missing device info" I don't know what to do.

Hi Olwenkosi! We're sorry you're having trouble after the upgrade. Please try this: 1. On your device, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads. 2. Tap 'Reset Advertising ID' and confirm. Then, try logging in again. If the problem continues, uninstall the app, follow the above steps, and then reinstall. Hope that helps!
