Note Board is a plain-text note keeper that you fill in yourself. It starts empty. Every note, every folder and every figure in the app is built from what you entered.
Tap New note and a full-screen editor opens with a title field, a row of folder chips and a body field. Save turns on as soon as there is a title or some body text, and the note is filed under the folder you picked and stamped with today's date as its last edit.
The Board screen counts your notes and your folders, fills a ring towards the note goal you set in Settings, and shows the three most recently edited notes as preview cards that open the editor when tapped.
The Notes tab holds every note you have saved. The search field filters by title and body as you type, the chip row narrows the list to one folder, and each row carries an edit icon and a delete icon with a confirmation.
Folders are yours to manage. Add one, rename one, delete one. Each row shows how many notes it holds, Unfiled is always there, and deleting a folder moves its notes to Unfiled rather than losing them.
Stats draws a bar chart of notes created on each of the last seven days and works out your total notes, total words, average words per note, best day and fullest folder. With nothing saved yet it says so rather than showing invented numbers.
Settings holds the default folder for new notes, a Sort by title A-Z switch the Notes tab honors, a slider for how many body lines each row previews, the note goal, and Clear all data behind a confirmation.
Everything is stored on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no sync, no backup, no sharing, no ads and no internet access at all — the app has no network permission.
Keep plain-text notes in folders you name, and search every word you type.
