Mood Mark is a personal journal you write yourself. It starts empty and fills with the check-ins you save. It is a diary and nothing more: it does not assess, screen, diagnose or treat anything, and it offers no opinion about you.
Today shows whether the day has a check-in yet. If it does not, five big buttons — one for each mood level, named with your own words — save one in a single tap. If it does, the entry is shown with its level, its note and its tags, and an Edit button opens it. Below that, a ring shows how many days this month carry a check-in against the days that have passed.
The check-in dialog takes a day from the last seven, one of the five mood levels, a free-text note and any of your tags, which you can pick and unpick. A day holds one check-in, so saving again for the same day updates it.
Journal lists every check-in, newest first, each showing the date, the mood word, the score out of five, a preview of the note and its tags. Tap a row to edit it, or use the delete icon to remove it.
Tags are yours to make. Add one, rename one, delete one, with a count of how many check-ins each carries. Renaming a tag updates every check-in that uses it.
Stats draws a bar chart of the score you saved on each of the last seven days and works out your average mood, your check-in count, your best day, your most-used tag and this week's check-ins and average. With nothing saved yet it says so rather than showing invented numbers.
Settings lets you rename all five mood levels to words you actually use, and saved check-ins follow the new names. It also holds a switch for showing tags in the journal, a Monday or Sunday week start that the Stats labels honor, and Clear all data behind a confirmation.
Mood Mark does not send notifications and will not remind you to check in.
