App is TERRIBLE! It don't update notification settings. It won't send texts. It sent WhatsApp notifications for a day. I changed the setting to NOT send emails & still receiving. I put the email address for my phone # to also solve the "no texts" issue at the same time. Well, I'm still getting the emails to my deleted email address! Location won't manually refresh when parked until normal 30 min. My paid plan is 60 SEC refresh! I've communicated with cust serv for a few weeks no resolution yet.

I have used Trackmate for over 8 years now, not once have I experienced any of the issues people have talked about in the comments. We have never experienced an outage. Customer Service is great, Wolfe will usually answer and he can help with anything, they guarantee their products for life, if you have an issue a simple 2 minute call and a replacement is sent out at no charge and no argument. Service is a fraction of the price of many other fleet tracking programs.

Not sure about older reviews. Recent install and update works great. Tracking one of my vehicles now with ease. Location on the app map is very accurate and timely. (I opted for the Basic plan w 1 minute updates.) The report system is a nice feature. Looking back on a trip shows the accuracy of the system. Have been using for a day now and really like the tracker. Will see how notifications operate after a few days with the tracker. Intend to add a second tracker for another vehicle soon.
