App is TERRIBLE! It don't update notification settings. It won't send texts. It sent WhatsApp notifications for a day. I changed the setting to NOT send emails & still receiving. I put the email address for my phone # to also solve the "no texts" issue at the same time. Well, I'm still getting the emails to my deleted email address! Location won't manually refresh when parked until normal 30 min. My paid plan is 60 SEC refresh! I've communicated with cust serv for a few weeks no resolution yet.

Not sure about older reviews. Recent install and update works great. Tracking one of my vehicles now with ease. Location on the app map is very accurate and timely. (I opted for the Basic plan w 1 minute updates.) The report system is a nice feature. Looking back on a trip shows the accuracy of the system. Have been using for a day now and really like the tracker. Will see how notifications operate after a few days with the tracker. Intend to add a second tracker for another vehicle soon.

The tracking and the GPS itself and customer service is AMAZING. The app. Needs works. It glitches ALOT. Doesn't really give you an update on if an engine is off, if doors are locked or unlocked, the app will close out when you're using it, and sometimes it's delayed on where the car is. Customer service state to use the website however the key reason for using the service was because there was an app and my business is mobile/remote. I'm not always able to be on a computer.
