About this app
Flexben Insight is a private workflow tool for maritime pre-employment medical examination (PEME) case review. It gives manning teams, marine medical doctors, and crewing advisors a single, secure place to review a seafarer's medical fitness, discuss borderline findings, and record decisions.
Key features:
- Case list with risk triage: every case is colour-lane tagged (Green / Yellow / Red) so reviewers can prioritise at a glance and search by name, CID, or vessel.
- Medical Fitness Report: a structured, at-a-glance summary of the clinic's PEME — vitals, BMI, blood pressure, HbA1c, lipids, ECG/TMT, cardiovascular risk score, and the doctor's fitness determination and validity.
- PEME form attachment: open the underlying examination PDF directly from the case.
- Remarks and second review: manning can request a second review with an optional note; the routed marine medical doctor is notified by email, replies in the Remarks thread, and closes the case with a decision email to the parties.
- Export: generate a PDF of the fitness report for the case record.
