I never ever make a horrible review. I can not believe the experience I had with this company. I purchased 2 round trip tickets with the peace of mind extra. One for this weekend and one for next. I purchased the tickets at a specific price with no checked bags. My card was run. Went through. They called and said I had to pay double. I asked for a refund, they said no. Pay or lose your money. They did this to both tickets. Tell me that isn't fishy. Went back, and they were available again.

This company is not leget! They take your credit card information keep it on file online and don't charge you rt then and there for the ticket you was buying. I called in to find out why they say they went up on my ticket just because the price changed in the later part of the day. The price I was buying for the time frame I wanted was cheap during the am hrs. Everything was ago but I saw they didn't take my payment this morning. They wanna charge you more just because the time of day changed!
