I've had a very poor experience with this app. Twice my orders were cancelled automatically, and instead of helping, customer service kept blaming me for the cancellation. I did not cancel the orders myself. It's frustrating to deal with such technical glitches and unsupportive staff. Please improve your service and stop blaming customers for system errors.

Worst garbage there is no way to reach customer support. Avoid buying in shopsy or flipkart. Most of the product they sell are low quality or doesn't match description. Even if you apply for returns for mismatch products they send no pick up and simply inform pickup was denied or doorstep check failed without any one coming. Far better to buy offline.

Worst delivery agents. They pick up the call they talk to you where they are they will deliver your parcel in some time and then later they they reschedule it by their own say we requested a reschedule. I am never ordering again from Shopsy this happen with me the 3rd time and now im done with this app. Worst experise with the customer support as well they dont give an option to speak on a call with any support team their team ends the support chat by their end with us being heard fully.
