I purchased and installed this app on my phone three weeks ago. Managed to use it for less than a week. Now when i try to open it nothing happens.the furthest it goes is the purple screen.ive updated the app..rebooted my phone. Still nothing! I'm quite upset about it because I payed for it. Money down the drain!
The app is useful for tracking hormonal changes throughout the month as well as providing tips on how to eat or exercise based on your time of month. There's quite a bit of information in this small app. One downside is that the app only gives a very short list of systems for each phase, but I have more symptoms that I'd like to track that aren't listed. Also, the app keeps prompting the user to purchase additional courses (of which I believe there are 8 options ranging from $50-$3000) in order to obtain more information. In general, it's a great idea and a useful tool, but still requires some work.
Review is on using this app for just a few days. I think the idea is great but it still needs a bit of work. Adding events to calendar doesn't work. I think it could also benefit from having a widget. Other period app I use has one that shows me the day of my cycle, as well as alerts me that my period is about to start. I've always found that helpful. Looking forward to seeing this app grow!
I found Alisa about a month ago when I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and was looking for treatments other than the pill. She is amazing, I love her food and lifestyle tips. And now that the app is released, I can't be more grateful to get the tips reminded to me daily. Love Alisa and her amazing Floliving team!! :)
I freaking love it. I love it! I struggle with PCOS and a lot of its worst symptoms. I must have read WomanCode 8 times. I was able to get pregnant naturally twice with this lifestyle, and now I just need hormonal stability without having to thumb through the book all the time. This app provides that!
I must say I am rather disappointed. I was expecting more content. When it says I get a customised 4 week functional nutrition protocol I expect that to be part of the app price and not cost 49$+. Otherwise there is some interesting information, however it is lacking included information on how to fix the symptoms she says are not normal.
