A lot of negative reviews made me hesitant to install this app. I took a chance and the experience was perfectly fine. I didn't top-up, but instead renewed a plan. That was very straightforward. It was intuitive, but I am not yet able to figure out how to initiate autopay. That's why I haven't given it 5 stars. I should be able to select the recipient from the "Recents" list and enable/disable autopay using something like a checkbox. The page mentions "Auto Renew" but it is not clickable.

I've noticed that the Flow top-up service has been experiencing multiple issues lately. It can be quite frustrating when the process doesn’t work smoothly. Could these problems be looked into and resolved? It would really improve the user experience.

I think this app should allow you the option to top up based on what you can afford. It is very unreasonable that the lowest credit you can buy is $530JMD. Also, it would be very convenient if we were able to use this app without Wi-Fi/Data, but it doesn't allow that.
