Ratings and reviews

Very hard to understand App. Cant tell current balances on data and other features. Cant seem to change my password (over 8 characters, at least one UC letter and st least one LC letter, at least one number and st least one special character). I cant see an account of my prepaid money deposited and the charges made against it ... balances seem to evaporate without trace. That will do for starters.

The app has changed and is currently not user-friendly. Previously, you could view your subscription in detail, such as the number of GBs and calling minutes. The app has changed drastically and is no longer convenient at all.

I think after the help I received on how to work with it, it was easier to navigate. otherwise I would have given it a lower rate. This means it is a bit difficult to work with it. I feel like it should be easier for the future users. Also to say.. I received help from the company itself and not from outsiders.
