The app will tell you it "couldn't connect with your bank" and suddenly 4 charges go through. When you try and contact customer support, they say they only see one charge and the other "Should drop off" and yet all of them remain. Looking back, the app has stolen money from me 3 other times. Do yourself a favor and delete it. edit to add: Check your bank statements because if they're doing it to me, they're probably doing it to you too!

Agree with complaints about fees, map quality and possible fines. Created by Flowbird in France, this tech is their specialty. They brand an existing app, localize it, integrate location data and set up accounting for collected monies. The 35 cents on a $1.50 purchase is a 23% transaction fee, probably all going to Flowbird. They haven't earned it. And if paying at the wrong meter can get you a fine then the app needs to be much, much better.

Once you actually get to paying the app is nice, great notification and easy to extend. HOWEVER, I have never had it correctly detect my location. I always have to manually zoom in on the map to find the correct zone/station to select. The gps circle is generally about 1/2 the city side and always in the wrong place.
