This used to be my go to app for event parking. However, now the app does not give you a working QR code and the passcode does not operate gates at the lot. They also will not refund you for"unused time". So, instead of saving me money by prepaying, it costs me more. $10+ convenience fee paid by app, no access and no refund PLUS an additional $25 at the same lot. Also missed first 15 minutes of show as we were 2 minutes late after messing with app/gate for 10 minutes, pathetic customer service.

I set up my account and made a reservation. Now I need to cancel the reservation, but the app wont let me. Even though it clearly states that cancellation is allowed up until the day of the event. It even shows a place to cancel, but it doesnt seem to work. I contacted them by email and on the phone. And they just say it is not possible to cancel. They say its againts their policy. But it clearly says different on the app.

What happened to paying hourly? On this new app it only lets me pay for 2 hrs. It use to be able to let me pay for hourly in 15 minute increments. Also last time I used it and wanted to extend my time; the app would say error. A few minutes later it let me pay. But when I went to my car there was a ticket... Right at the time I was trying to extend my time. Nice set up Park Detroit!
