Craptacular I had to use 2 different devices to look up address info instead of being able to switch between apps, otherwise, I would have to start back at the beginning search. Also, I tried various products, was told to enter zip, told that product was unavailable & given a list of items that were available which still included the unavailable items. Just how I love spending my evening!
Might as well use the website The app won't remember my credentials and now I realize it's really just a glorified mobile website repackaged as an app. I would spend so much money if it were easier to just open the app select the item, the recipient and tap to send but instead I have to login and it won't remember my information
Pretty painful 1) 20%discount !== 15% discount. Dunno whose idea was the bait and switch... 2) App load screens between each step hung. Crashed twice while I was trying to check out. Came close to giving up if not for my iron will to send dope stuff to my girlfriend. 3) Delivery date selection should be on the recipient information screen, just provides a better user experience. Having to go back to the item in the catalog was aggravating. Make it extremely easy to make purchases. Prime Now does this really well..
Pretty bad Can't sign in it says my email is invalid I have to sign in to my pc. The mobile app doesn't work.

Does not work. Looks great. I chose this app because I trust and have used your services before but the app is a total let down: 1. 20% discount advertised before downloading the app, 15% in the app. Screenshots of both. 2. When I decided to buy the flowers anyway conned out of 5% there was a "handshake timeout." Which means that if I try again it could be double bought. 3. No one answers the phone!?
