Great at first, but downhill from there. 1st order was great. Flowers arrived in a box. 2nd and 3rd order did not arrive in a box and both flowers weren't fresh. The last one I ordered was pretty bad and disgusting. I tried contacting customer service, but I have yet to get a response. As for the app, it's good, does have issues during checkout. Wish there was a way to filter sellers because if you want flowers and certain chocolates, they can't be delivered together if from different sellers.

Such a buggy app... I can't order, it keeps giving me errors and I'm just picking a date... I have restarted the app multiple times to retry... If there's no more stock, then just say so, not repeatedly give vague errors. Edit: finally was able to order, BUT a different bouquet. Please, just remove the item from the list or have any other indicator that it's unavailable...

Disappointed by the service of both the flowershop and the delivery. Arrived on 3 pm when I clicked the option 8 am to 2 pm. The order tracking does not also work. They reply to emails so slowly, until now, there is still no reply to my inquiry. Terrible service across the board. I tried the app as it was rated highly, but it will also be my last.
