Flowstar is a habit tracker, goal planner and daily planner in one app, built around one question: who do you want to become?

Most planners start with a task list. Flowstar starts with a person. You choose an identity ("I am someone who trains consistently," "I am an intentional steward of my money"), and every goal, habit and daily action connects to it. When the work gets hard, you are not just checking a box. You are practicing who you are becoming.

Answer a short interview about your outcome, motivation, starting point, constraints and available time. Flowstar suggests identity statements, then drafts a full plan: milestones, habits, daily actions and review schedules. You edit it before anything is saved.

Use the built-in AI or bring your own API key from a provider you already use. Nothing is written to your data until you accept the plan.

★ WEEKLY REVIEWS WITH REAL NUMBERS
Weekly, monthly and annual reviews start from your actual completion rates, habit consistency and rescheduled work. AI can summarise the results and suggest changes, but nothing changes until you confirm. Reopen any past review to see what you decided and why.

★ EASY TO START
A short guided tour shows you around on first launch, and quick tips on each screen explain what to do next. You can skip the tour or replay it from Settings at any time.

★ OFFLINE FIRST, SYNC WHEN YOU WANT
Flowstar keeps everything in a local database on your phone. Create, edit, complete and delete without a connection. Sign in to sync across devices and restore your plan on a new phone.

★ YOUR DATA STAYS PORTABLE
• Export any identity plan as a readable JSON file
• Download a blank template to build a plan by hand
• Import a plan with a full preview before anything is written
• Exports never include API keys, credentials or internal IDs

★ MISTAKES ARE RECOVERABLE
Deleted goals go to Trash for 30 days with their milestones, actions, subtasks and notes. Restore everything in one tap. Habits and their logs are always kept.

★ COMFORTABLE FOR EVERYONE
Light, dark and system themes. Large text support. Reduced motion. Screen reader labels throughout.
