I purchased this product with the understanding that it will not require a subscription. The first one I received would not stay on and never connected to the GPS. The instructions said it needed a SIM card so I called and was told that it didn't require a SIM and that the SIM would require an extra charge. They sent me a new one; same issue. The app says it isn't online and the blue light never blinks to indicate connection. This product just does not work. Sending back for a refund.

I cannot really give any stars because I attempted to go through the setup and nothing worked. I could not add anything after adding the devices. There we messages, but even though it prompts you to select a language it still shows in the original language that can't be read. An error message keeps popping up stating that the password doesn't match the original even though no attempt to submit another password has occurred. So, whatever the problem is, me or them. It's a no for me.

1. ads are always there. 2. only daily mileage, total mileage are not available. total mileage are essential for maintenance tracking. 3. slow loading or failed to load on replay. 4. slow update on "key ON" and "key Off". 5. fake "moving" and "static". when the device "static" for hours but shows "moving". 6. device compatibility with SIM card are very limited. only 1 of 4 sims. (PG07_H_4 device).
