The idea is absolutely amazing but the worst execution possible. As said in recent reviews, the team running the app is awful and just don't care about their app as much. The shipping cost and time is a lot but worth it if need something specific, so I don't think it's that bad. I really hope to see this app improve in the near future because I see this to be very successful.

واحد من انگز شرکات نقل. a good application with a bad managemnt and customer support. one of my orders was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks it's been almost 5 weeks and they still do not have a proper explanation on what's going on with the order. they keep saying we've informed the team and will let you know soon.

Very bad app and company. The order tracking feature doesn't work. I placed an order on the 25th November 2022 and I neither have received it yet nor know when to receive it. The customer service keeps saying they informed the relevant team about it but nothing have changed. Don't be dupe like me and avoid this company.
