Very bad app and company. The order tracking feature doesn't work. I placed an order on the 25th November 2022 and I neither have received it yet nor know when to receive it. The customer service keeps saying they informed the relevant team about it but nothing have changed. Don't be dupe like me and avoid this company.

واحد من انگز شرکات نقل. a good application with a bad managemnt and customer support. one of my orders was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks it's been almost 5 weeks and they still do not have a proper explanation on what's going on with the order. they keep saying we've informed the team and will let you know soon.

I had a bad experience before with delayed orders but i was contacted and asked whether i would give it a second try. and i was not disappointed better service and quick delivery for my shoes from amazon
