The idea is absolutely amazing but the worst execution possible. As said in recent reviews, the team running the app is awful and just don't care about their app as much. The shipping cost and time is a lot but worth it if need something specific, so I don't think it's that bad. I really hope to see this app improve in the near future because I see this to be very successful.

Worst shopping app ever with horrible customer service. they cancelled my order after 3 days of being pending.. without even informing me in advance.

واحد من انگز شرکات نقل. a good application with a bad managemnt and customer support. one of my orders was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks it's been almost 5 weeks and they still do not have a proper explanation on what's going on with the order. they keep saying we've informed the team and will let you know soon.
