Ads free Diary of emotions to monitor your mental health

Set your current mood, health status and stress level and click save.

You can also change the date and set accurate labels about your activity, food and health. You can check all these data and their correlation with your emotional state on the statistics tab.

In the new version, you can use a list of tags to track your emotional state.

Labels with good habits are highlighted in green so that you can record your activity.
Labels with bad habits are red, they help to track their impact on your emotional state
Blue marks are symptoms and general well-being
You can use yellow labels to mark the medications you are taking. Our specialists have collected all the main groups of drugs to maintain mental health

There is also a floating button to save the recording for your convenience when scrolling the screen.

But the most pleasant and useful thing is an additional statistics tab. This will allow you to monitor your emotional state. See all your color tags and track the correlation between mood, health, stress and lifestyle.
