Hire someone with technical skills. Both this app and your web site are full of bugs. I would be embarrassed to release a product like this. Do not rely on this. You are better off printing your boarding pass on paper. The app will say it saved your boarding pass but when it comes time for you to retrieve it you won't find it unless you go to check in and dig through that to generate your boarding pass. So many other deal breaking bugs. Pathetic.

generous 1 Star for a totally dysfunctional app, how is this possible in 2025 for a national carrier, Voyager Recovery Services not particularly helpful via email either, took too long to answer, PIN reset doesn't work, OTP sent does not work, contact via call center no results either, impossible to check in, this is not right, you can do better SAA

This is genuinely one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. The fact that SAA thought this was fit for release is astonishing. The app is barely functional and constantly redirects to an even more broken website. What’s the point of having an app if it can’t do the basics? It’s sloppy, frustrating, and feels like zero effort was put into user experience. Honestly, it’s embarrassing for a national airline.
