FMAppy: Hire Service Providers

FMAppy

About this app

FMAppy is a facilities management marketplace that connects you with service providers for the work your home or property needs - from an AC service to a full renovation.

NOW OPEN TO SERVICE PROVIDERS

We are opening FMAppy to service providers first, so customers find providers ready to quote on day one. If you are a service provider, join now: set up your profile, services and portfolio before customers arrive. Customers can create an account today - we will notify you when FMAppy opens to customers.

Describe the job once. Providers come back to you with quotes. You compare them, pick the one you want, and the quote you accept is the price that gets locked in.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Describe the job - what you need, where it is, and any photos or documents that help explain it.
2. Set your timing and budget - say when you need it done and what you expect to spend.
3. Get quotes - interested providers respond with their price.
4. Compare and hire - see who is quoting, check their completed-job history and customer ratings, then hire.
5. Track the work - follow the job through to completion in the app.
6. Rate your provider - leave a rating that helps the next customer choose well.
