My account appears to be blocked, and I am currently unable to make any kind of transaction. Additionally, I am unable to change my password. the worst thing in this application is highest interest rate in Loan procedures also didnt recieve exact amount which is mentioned in it! and also no scan option for any other apps like jazzcash/easypaisa + if its bank account then why theres no iban number for HBL/MFB user!!! and one more things mobile packages no bundles show for zong and other networks

I am writing to officially report a serious issue I have been facing with the HBL Microfinance Bank mobile application for the past six months. Every time I try to access my account the app shows a login failed error which has made it impossible for me to manage my funds or perform any transactions. I have tried multiple times to resolve this on my own by checking my internet and updating the app but the problem remains exactly the same. It is very disappointing that a loyal customer has to face
