It's a good, fast and easiest way to withdraw and transfer money. But sometimes it causes problems due to network issues or due to unknown and unnecessary errors, the backend team always deserves a big round of applause for the maintenance. And also the team should update biometric verification, there should be option of biometric verification without visiting any branch. Thanks to this, the firstpay application will have more performance.

I have been experiencing issues with your banking app for the past few months. The app is very slow, frequently stops working, and often becomes unresponsive. Whenever I try to make a transaction, it either freezes or does not respond, which interrupts the transaction process. This issue has been occurring consistently and is causing significant inconvenience.

My account appears to be blocked, and I am currently unable to make any kind of transaction. Additionally, I am unable to change my password. When I try to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option, it shows an **"Invalid Login"** message. My account has been in the cooling period for more than three weeks now. I kindly request you to please check my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
