I have been experiencing issues with your banking app for the past few months. The app is very slow, frequently stops working, and often becomes unresponsive. Whenever I try to make a transaction, it either freezes or does not respond, which interrupts the transaction process. This issue has been occurring consistently and is causing significant inconvenience.

Completely useless and frustrating banking app. The transfer limit shows 1 to 100,000 PKR, but no matter what amount you enter, the "Next" button simply does not work. The screen freezes and the app continuously glitches during transactions. You cannot transfer a single rupee when you urgently need to. Extremely poor development and worst user experience. Fix this annoying bug immediately!

I am trying to log into the app, but I am facing an issue. It shows 'OTP auto-fetching', however there is no option or field to enter the OTP manually. Because of this, I am unable to complete the login process. Please help me resolve this problem. ...
