Having a problem with the tim hortons app recently.. Recently won't let me log in . Punching in right access CODE. Says an error has occurred or isn't the code they emailed me. The correct access code is put in says doesn't match. The app downloads. But it won't let me log in to my account. Don't know why. Never had a problem before. Office is trying to fix. I want my account uninstalled & deleted.

Orders were canceled several times without any comment after the payment. Once they delivered the wrong order, and after that the courier went to another branch by mistake to pick up my order. As a result, it took over an hour to deliver simple coffee. Better to use different delivery apps, never had a problem with them.

Ordered and paid through the app, waited 30 minutes for my food to come or someone to call my order number but no one did. when I approached them they said you have to show us the order on your phone so that we start preparing it! I still don't understand the point of the app!
