Ratings and reviews

The app does what it is supposed to do but as a visually disabled user I'm not able to see it without assistance. A dark mode feature would be most helpful. I'm told the app developers didn't program a dark mode into it. I'll just say that didn't stop Chase or Fifth Third from successfully adding a dark mode feature.

Will not allow you to log in at all hours of day. Not available to check your account at night. Also occasionally cannot "confirm identity" and keeps you locked out of your account not even sending an email when you select to change password and enter credentials. The online banking for this bank is the reason I'm changing banks and closing out my account here.

I love all of the options like transferring between accounts and check cashing. I feel secure using this app too!
