Ratings and reviews

For the most part its an amazing app. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because you have to keep changing your password. While they'll try to tell you it's for security purposes, it's not. It absolutely does not make it more secure to keep changing your password. If you don't believe it go look into how security and hackers work. It's honestly really annoying. The bank itself is 5 stars,just not the app.

When the app works its great but every other time I use it there are issues with the login and I either have to call or go to the bank to have it reset.

Poor transactional based system still using delayed batch processing. Will not make direct deposits available when arrived, wats until recommended day that depositor (even government agencies) recommend. Many of the links are broken at website and app. Alerts give erroneous information or worse no actionable information. Poor performing app and website Institution doesn't have documented procedures, practices, and policies but relies only on "this is how we have always done this" experience.
