Ratings and reviews

Poor transactional based system still using delayed batch processing. Will not make direct deposits available when arrived, wats until recommended day that depositor (even government agencies) recommend. Many of the links are broken at website and app. Alerts give erroneous information or worse no actionable information. Poor performing app and website Institution doesn't have documented procedures, practices, and policies but relies only on "this is how we have always done this" experience.

I love the convenience of making mobile deposits & internal transfers between accounts. I would give it more stars, but I have many light in issues, which is annoying.

I love the app. Makes banking easy. The people that put hateful reviews obviously have other issues. Seems people need everything at finger tips and everything needs to happen immediately.
