Continuous problems logging in. Have set up fingerprint even and it keeps clearing everything, can only log in once after the teller resets password before cannot verify credentials error again. Constantly calling to reset. Same issue after reset when trying to transfer $ to another internal account. Bank doesn't see any issues or that I locked myself out.

Would give 0 stars if I could. App won't even open... just get a message that the app has "stopped working". I have uninstalled and installed several times, but still won't open. Have used this app with no problems for the past 4 years, but hasn't worked since the last update. "If it aint broke, DON'T fix it!"
