If you need to see a doctor, the app is designed to answer the two common questions immediately. When was the last kick ? When is baby normally most active ? and then the bonus, How often does baby normally move per day ?
20+ years ago we invented, made and sold FOetal Movement BracLEts, the original "fombles". We brought the same simplicity of design to the app but made it better, more functional.
We applied the same discretion and privacy as moving a marker on a bracelet to the app. There is no advertising, no data sharing, everything is only on your device's encrypted storage. If you uninstall the app, it wipes all the data out.
You can use the app in aeroplane mode (so no data is sent out) and dark mode too, so your partner doesn't get woken by notifications or a video advert.
What does +f stand for ? It was a typo after the logo was drawn, but it could mean:
- positive female
- plus the foetus
- upgraded fombles.
Because of the way android sorts icons, +f will probably be the last thing on the App list so you'll always be able to find it. You may never need the app, when you install it, you put a widget on the home screen that is icon sized (but can be dragged out to be a chunk big boy).
You tap the widget,
it buzzes,
locks for five minutes.
There are graphs in the app of peak activity and average taps, but the widget is where it's at.
