Ratings and reviews

App stalls and hangs too often. Only one person can talk at a time. The other side will not receive my responses unless I wait about 1 second until he/she has completely stopped talking. It is quite annoying trying to have a fluent conversation like this. Skype is much better, by a very long shot, but does not offer a phone number in Canada. Good service, bad quality. Thanks anyway.

The calls cant connect. I receive the calls but it doesn't connect. This issue is happening for the last 6 months. Fongo isn't a viable choice for my business anymore. I can't even submit a support request since it goes to error every time. Very unprofessional. Sometimes the calls freeze and have to restart the phone. Bad service overall. To developers: Fongo Support -create ticket thing is not working, I tried several times, page error.

Ad free is now a subscription. I paid years ago for no ads. The app was always great at what it was doing minus the disconnect when the app is in the background. With the shift to ads always present, the app quality hasn't improved but now tons of ads are present dishonoring my previous Ad free purchase. This is a very bad marketing move.
