I purchased an add-on for texting, but it is not working. I tried to send a support request and when I hit submit an error message popped up. Thus far there are a lot of technical issues and I don't know how to get support. Overall a poor experience.

Fongo "world calling credit" is a scam. I paid $5 for world calling credit from add-ons, because I saw in their list the rate for my destination country with clear name and rate per minute. But when I attempt to call, it says "no rates found" and "your call cannot be contacted"

A gaming ad with video and noise popped up during a call and interrupted it. I had to disconnect and reconnect to continue the call. the ads should not be so invasive. 2/3 phone calls were good so far.. last call apparently the receiver could hardly hear me.. and the ads...
