Horrendous design! This app looks and functions like a 6th grades taking introductory computers made this. The headings are confusing, such as when yoy hit pay and it says "CARD NUMBER" in all caps, very large. But then in TINY print below it specifies "gift card". Pressing back took me out of the selected location, rather then back to the prior order selection screen. Black and white everywhere either color makes delineating categories difficult.

Over priced food! They charge alot and give you little. 3.99 delivery charge then the option to add tip on top of that. I don't mind giving a 20% tip to the driver but to add 3.99. Does this go to the driver? Btw, you can easily spend $24 for cheese steak.

The app works great but could use a special instruction field because when I order spaghetti with just sauce and no meat or cheese selected, the cook still manages to melt provolone on top. I have to call to physically tell a person the order number to not have cheese on my spaghetti... The staff just can't or hasn't comprehended the special order instructions section.
