Horrendous design! This app looks and functions like a 6th grades taking introductory computers made this. The headings are confusing, such as when yoy hit pay and it says "CARD NUMBER" in all caps, very large. But then in TINY print below it specifies "gift card". Pressing back took me out of the selected location, rather then back to the prior order selection screen. Black and white everywhere either color makes delineating categories difficult.

LOVE Pat's quality of delicious food options.Pat's is my go to for these reasons in both restaurant & delivery. I often recommend this local spot. only 1 drawback -1 ☆. .well you asked :) I experience 9 of 10 deliveries,my request are overlooked & not met. I ask for xtra napkins,none are sent. I ask "please do not send individual packets of ketchup, instead a small condiment cup with lid" I'll stop examples there..EZ fix is consider identifying what part of the chain should ensure this. TY&BBS!

Min order amount for delivery changes while choosing items. After selecting one item, a banner at the top says '$9 order required for delivery'. As soon as I select another item and add a coupon, the minimum changes to $15. Not cool.
