Universal Work Progress System (UWPS) is the official internal workforce app for English Partner. It gives every team member one place to manage their day — tasks, attendance, performance, goals and team communication — with role-based access for employees, team leads, department heads, HR and the content team.

KEY FEATURES

• Task & Kanban board — Create, track and move tasks across To-do, In-Progress, Hold, Submitted and Done. Leads and heads approve, reject or send work back for correction.

• Attendance — One-tap check-in / check-out with break tracking, a live work timer and late / early-out flags. Leads and heads see their team's attendance.

• Performance — Transparent scores across universal-core, role-specific and leadership metrics, with score bands and trends.

• Goals — Monthly and quarterly goal tracking with progress and KPIs (leads & heads).

• Team chat — 1:1 direct messages and per-task conversations with text, photos, documents and WhatsApp-style voice notes.

• Announcements — Company and department broadcasts from HR.

• Reports — Team performance summaries for leads and heads.

• Content team workspace — A dedicated experience for the content team (writers, editors, designers and heads) with their own task board, messaging and user management.

Access is automatically tailored to each person's role, so everyone sees exactly what they need.
